Anti-Ear has recordings you can try to listen to.

Anti-Ear - "Tre Piccoli"
Two mini CDs and a mini DVD. There's a description and some sound samples on the Resipiscent page, where you can also order it. I just now started calling it "Tre Piccoli", before it was just called "the Resipiscent release", but that's boring. Variety of sounds, mostly glitchy, twitchy, squirmy ones. Sounds you find under heavy things in your back yard. The DVD is digital animation created in a similar way to the music - the tool is pushed just to the point of malfunction and held there.

Anti-Ear - "Drone 1"
This is actually the result and sort of a follow up to "The Holgurtz Tapes", though it was released a few months earlier. It is the first in what I am hoping to be a series of more "passive" recordings. Slow building synth patterns grow and smash into each other over one long 69 minute track. This CD would be suitable to put on and fall asleep to, or to forget about while you're doing other stuff, kind of like Eno's ambient or discreet music - but a noisier, perhaps slightly more aggressive approach. Order from BOC or buy at it at a show.

Anti-Ear - "The Holgurtz Tapes"
The newest Anti-Ear release, actually recorded over a year ago but not released until now. Two CDs of longer "studies" in colliding sound patterns, inspired by old guard experimental composer Gustav Holgurtz. Slow, throbbing, hypnotic. As snobby as it sounds, listening on quality headphones or good big speakers might yield best results, some of the tones might be difficult for smaller speakers or shitty earbuds to represent. That's not saying you need to pay extra special close attention to details like a dipshit with a super expensive stereo and a Steely Dan record or something. Relax and bug out! Jeez, it's just a suggestion. Why are you always trying to make me feel stupid? Go away! Order from BOC or buy at it at a show.
